1. Subscription & Payments

• Sovereign offers “Elite” features through weekly, monthly, and lifetime plans.

• Payments are handled via the Google Play Store.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.

2. The “Hard Block” & User Responsibility

• Sovereign provides a “Hard Block” feature designed to prevent app usage during focus sessions.

• Disclaimer: You acknowledge that using the Hard Block is at your own risk. Callior is not responsible for any (temporary) inability to access your device or specific apps in case of emergencies if you have enabled these restrictions.

3. Lifetime Access

• “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the app. We aim to support Sovereign as long as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the app will be available indefinitely on all future OS versions.

4. Privacy

• We value your focus and your privacy. Sovereign does not collect, store, or sell your personal data. All blocking happens locally on your device.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Sovereign is provided “as is.” While we strive for 100% focus, we are not liable for any missed notifications, alarms, or appointments resulting from the use of our blocking features.
